Validity and Availability:The offer is valid until June 24, 2026, or until a maximum of 25 systems have been sold nationwide, whichever comes first. Delivery times and final equipment availability are subject to the component stock of our wholesale supplier. If either of these limits or stock conditions are reached, this proposal will automatically expire.
Warranty Conditions:Hardware components are fully covered under the explicit factory warranty terms and conditions provided directly by the manufacturer. Holaztec offers a specific warranty covering the physical installation and workmanship, effective from the system’s commissioning date.

This quote is valid until June 24, 2026, or until the 25 system units in stock are depleted, whichever comes first. Once the deadline has passed or stock is exhausted, pricing and delivery schedules are subject to change.
Condition: Availability and Delivery
Delivery times are subject to supplier stock availability at the time the advance payment is settled. Once payment is confirmed, an estimated delivery schedule will be provided in writing. If the quoted equipment is out of stock with the official supplier, the company will offer the client a technical alternative with equivalent or superior specifications, or the option to cancel the service with a full refund of any amounts paid, without penalty to either party.
Conditions: Supply and Manufacturing Terms
The indicated manufacturing timeframe is subject to the availability of raw materials and imported components within the manufacturer’s warehouses. If the production order experiences a delay in the global supply chain that impacts assembly timelines, the company will immediately notify the client, specifying the new estimated shipping date. In the event that a shortage prevents the delivery of goods within a reasonable timeframe and by mutual agreement, the client shall have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund, exempting both parties from any penalties.

Conditions: Warranty Exclusions
The warranty will be automatically voided if the system or its components suffer damage resulting from: a) Drastic voltage fluctuations, atmospheric discharges (lightning), or failures in the commercial power grid unrelated to the installed system; b) Tampering, breaking of seals, or modifications to hardware and firmware performed by personnel not authorised by the company; c) Lack of applicable preventive maintenance, negligence, vandalism, or acts of God. To address any malfunction, the customer must report the malfunction within 3 days of detection, present proof of payment and allow for on-site technical diagnosis.
Condition: Reporting Procedure and Response Times
In case of detecting any anomaly, failure or malfunction in the system, the client is obliged to notify Holaztec in writing (via official email) within a period of no more than 3 business days from its detection, refraining from manipulating or turning on the affected equipment. Once the report is received, Holaztec will issue an initial remote diagnostic response within a maximum of 48 business hours. If an on-site technical inspection is required, it will be scheduled within the following 3 to 5 business days, subject to access to the property. Delays in reporting by the client exempt the company from liability for consequential damage to the system.
